Lisa was last seen at approximately 10:00pm in the vicinity of the 5400 block of Warrington Ave. in Philadelphia, PA on July 19, 2003. Tony was last seen at 215 North Elm St. in Charleston,Missouri. A witness states that Tony was argueing with a neighbor who lived near Tony's sister and that Tony was going to look for this person about money that was owed. Tony has no personal belongings with him, no money, cell phone, or vehicle.
